Tradition, family, and terroir—Chelti’s foundation in every bottle

Chelti’s vineyards are nestled on the family estate, located on the lower southwestern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains, where ancient rocks and the nearby Chelti River shape the land. The iron-rich clay and volcanic stones create a unique terroir, providing the vines with essential minerals and optimal drainage. Surrounded by mountain winds and an exceptional microclimate, the vineyard benefits from temperature shifts between day and night, enriching the grapes with acidity and oxygen.
