Where We Deliver
We deliver anywhere in Georgia. Orders are dispatched from our winery in Shilda, Kvareli Municipality, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Time and Cost
- Standard delivery: ₾6.50, arriving within 1–2 business days.
- Free delivery on orders of ₾100 or more.
- All prices shown include 18% VAT.
Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
Age Verification
We sell alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 18 years old to order, and our courier may ask for identification on delivery. We cannot hand an order to anyone unable to confirm their age.
Returns and Refunds
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info-ge@chelti.com or +995 593 391000 and we will arrange a return.
What can be returned
- Wine must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- We cannot accept opened bottles, for food-safety reasons.
Who pays for the return
- If the wine arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and refund you in full.
- If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.
When you get your money back
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned order.
