Age Restriction

We sell alcoholic beverages. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

How a Contract Is Formed

  1. You place an order. This is an offer to buy, not yet a contract.
  2. We send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed at that moment.
  3. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Georgian lari (₾) and include 18% VAT.
  • The price you see is the price you pay; delivery is shown separately before you confirm.
  • Payments are processed by Flitt, a payment provider licensed in Georgia.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard, and Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.
  • We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

Standard delivery within Georgia costs ₾6.50 and takes 1–2 business days, and is free on orders of ₾100 or more. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

You may return an order within 14 days of delivery, provided the wine is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders: we cover return shipping and refund in full.
  • Change of mind: return shipping is at your own cost.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for any liability that cannot be excluded under Georgian law. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and disputes fall to the courts of Georgia. Please contact us first at info-ge@chelti.com — most problems are quicker to resolve directly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
