Full amber in the glass. Complex nose of ripe apricot, quince and dried apple with honey, acacia blossom, dried herbs and sweet tobacco. Structured and full-bodied from the extended skin contact, with fine tea-like tannins, integrated acidity and a long, savoury finish.

Roast poultry, grilled vegetables, mushroom and walnut dishes, spiced Georgian cooking, or aged cheeses. Serve at 12-14°C.
