Inky dark cherry in the glass. Concentrated nose of black plum, blackberry and cassis over savoury spice, with tobacco and cocoa emerging as it opens. Full-bodied and structured, firm velvety tannins and Saperavi's high natural acidity giving a long finish and real cellaring potential.

Grilled and roasted red meat, game, aged hard cheeses, or dark chocolate. Decant 30 minutes before serving at 16-18°C.
